At Design Team Hub, we specialize in the sale of digital products, including PSD templates, graphics, design resources, and custom digital design services. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are subject to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Digital Products

All products available on Design Team Hub are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased files become available for download immediately.

Cancellation Policy

As digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled after the purchase has been completed.

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Digital PSD Templates
  • PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and other downloadable files
  • Graphic Design Resources
  • Instant Download Products
  • Custom Digital Design Services that have already been started or completed
  • Purchases made by mistake
  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported software
  • Change of mind after purchase

Eligible Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or damaged.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The purchased file cannot be accessed due to a technical issue originating from our website.
  • The download link fails to work after purchase and the issue cannot be resolved.

In such cases, our support team will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected or replacement file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your order.
